BEING AN IBT IN RETAIL MANAGEMENT
Do you want to kick-start your career in a global fashion company and take part in shaping the future of retail? Then the International Business Trainee Programme in Retail Management might be the perfect match for you.
Retail Management is a broad specialist field offering you diverse and exciting learnings and experiences from different aspects of our retail business. You will work across key areas such as retail expansion, store performance analysis, operational processes, and data-driven decision-making. You will gain hands-on experience and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the growth and optimisation of BESTSELLER’s stores, building skills in communication, planning, and problem-solving. We strive to ensure that you are exposed to the comprehensive picture of retail in BESTSELLER during the two-year programme.
This year, we are looking for a variety of profiles to join our brands as IBT within Retail Management. Your role can take two different directions depending on your strengths and interests:
- As an IBT within Retail Management with focus on Retail Data Science, you will help drive retail performance through advanced analytics. Your role includes developing tools for retail planning, demand forecasting, and sales analysis, while working with machine learning and AI to optimise pricing and markdown processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to align data-driven solutions with business goals, bringing creativity and technical expertise to support the digital transformation in retail.
- As a Retail Management IBT with focus on Retail Operations, you will play a vital role in supporting retail expansion and operations across both full-price and outlet stores. Working closely with the Retail team at headquarters, you will contribute to both strategic planning and hands-on execution. Your tasks will include monitoring expansion processes, coordinating with markets to meet deadlines, and analysing store performance. Additionally, you will take part in operational responsibilities, supporting daily operations and engaging in store visits to gain practical insights into retail operations.

You are a communicative and structured individual with a passion for retail operations. You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy collaborating with stakeholders across teams and borders to achieve common goals.
