As an IBT in our PEOPLE department, you will join the Rewards & Analytics team that is responsible for our bonus programme, our salary ranges, benefits, and HR reporting.

You are highly analytical, and with a very developed sense for data and numbers you will assist in developing BESTSELLERS global reward framework with salary benchmarks and commissions recommendations. As the newest member of our Rewards & Analytics team you will contribute to the implementation of our reward programme into our HR system, SuccesFactors. You will take part in the preparation of the annual salary review process for Denmark. Your analytical mindset will assist in improving our salary review and bonus calculation platform.

You will work closely together with all our brands to ensure that salaries and bonuses are implemented throughout BESTSELLER. In addition, you will focus on establishing the structure and framework of a reward platform with the purpose of ensuring that relevant underlying data is collected in each country.
