Here is your chance to play a significant role in championing this agenda as an International Business Trainee within BESTSELLER’s PEOPLE department, in the Academy team.
At BESTSELLER, we strive to foster a culture of learning and development across all levels of the organisation. As an IBT in Academy, you will contribute to this mission by supporting and driving digital learning initiatives that empower our colleagues to perform and grow.
You will join the BESTSELLER Academy team within our PEOPLE department - a dynamic group responsible for delivering impactful training, entry programs, and digital learning tools. Our primary focus is to adapt our learning solutions to meet the unique needs of our global brands, group functions, and regions.
In this role, you will:

Enhance Learning and Performance platforms by supporting the implementation and ongoing development of our platform FUSE

Develop engaging digital content by creating training programs and learning materials in collaboration with trainers and stakeholders across the organisation

Enable skills transfer and sustainability by designing training in the flow of work and, together with the team, ensure the transfer of skills to the workplace and sustained behavior change over time

Leverage data insights to identify areas for improvement and tailor training initiatives for maximum impact

Drive engagement through creative campaigns and initiatives that promote digital learning across the organisation, inspiring and empowering colleagues to learn and grow
YOUR PROFILE
You are excited about designing impactful learning experiences and thrives in a creative, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment. You are passionate about helping others succeed, and you’re eager to explore and implement the latest trends in digital learning, behavioral design and tools like digital training platforms. You are outgoing, caring, and collaborative, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues across departments and regions. With your facilitation and communication skills, you can turn complex ideas into engaging and accessible learning solutions, ensuring the transfer of skills and sustained behavior change.
Your additional qualifications:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Learning, Design & Technology, Organisational Learning & Development, or Psychology
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- International experience from studying or working abroad
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with facilitation techniques to engage and inspire colleagues is considered an advantage.
