An IBT career in Sourcing is the right match for you, if you have a great interest in working with responsible sourcing, sustainability, human & labour rights or environmental initiatives in the supply chain of an international organisation. In this role you will work in Global Supply Chain or with one of our brands. Within Sourcing, we are looking for candidates in three different focus areas:
- Sustainable production within one of our brands: Working as an IBT in Sourcing within one of our brands requires a proactive candidate with a strong interest in supply chain. This focus area combines an in-depth understanding of fabrics, trims, and yarns with a strong emphasis on sustainability. The role involves working on material sourcing, consolidation projects, and transitioning to more sustainable production methods. You will collaborate closely with suppliers and sourcing teams to ensure high-quality and sustainable materials are integrated into our supply chain.
- Environmental sustainability in Global Supply Chain: As an IBT in the Environment team in Responsible Sourcing, you will support sustainability initiatives across global sourcing, focusing on environmental impact and management in the supply chain, emissions, water stewardship, and supplier performance. Collaborating with the environment teams and suppliers in our sourcing countries, you will manage risks, drive transparency, and track program performance to achieve our environmental goals.
- Social & labour sustainability in Global Supply Chain: As an IBT in the Social & Labour Team in Responsible Sourcing, you will play a key role in promoting decent working conditions and human & labour rights in our supply chain. The role involves various functions such as human rights due diligence and risk management, social & labour performance management of our suppliers, and implementing processes to align with evolving legislation and industry standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with the social & labour teams in our sourcing countries and suppliers, to drive improvements in human & labour rights, and promote ethical sourcing practices.

You have a natural flair for collaborating across cultures and communicating complex issues into easily understandable initiatives and reports. With your professional and analytical mindset, you enjoy taking on responsibility, and you quickly understand the challenge and task at hand and contribute to finding a solution. Moreover, you are ambitious, enthusiastic, and proactive, with a strong drive to contribute to the future of global sourcing.
Your additional qualifications:
- Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Supply Chain management, Sustainability, Social or Environmental Sciences, Labour & Human Rights or related fields
- Strong understanding of responsible sourcing, environmental topics and global trends
- Fluent in English - both spoken and written
- International experience from studying or working abroad
- Working experience within the fashion industry or responsible sourcing is an advantage.
