BEING AN IBT IN E-COMMERCE

In BESTSELLER, each of our brands has its own online shop supported by our central E-commerce teams in Denmark and Amsterdam. As an IBT in E-commerce, you will join a fast-paced digital environment where data, technology and customer behaviour guide the decisions we make every day.

E-commerce at BESTSELLER is broad, covering everything from digital merchandising and commercial optimisation to performance marketing and more technical functions. Throughout the two-year programme, you will gain hands-on experience across the digital value chain, learning how online sales are created and how we grow our brands globally.

You will work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, buying, data, tech and logistics, contributing to initiatives that strengthen online performance and customer experience. Depending on your placement, your work may include analysing site and channel performance, supporting paid-media optimisation, improving product data and exposure, or exploring AI-driven automation and onboarding processes. You will gain exposure to tools, systems and digital processes while helping identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
