WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
"I want to join the International Business Trainee Programme, but how do I apply? What happens during the recruitment process, and how is the two-year programme structured?" These may be some of the questions that jump to mind when considering to join BESTSELLER's International Business Trainee Programme.
Rest assured - we've got you covered! In the section below, you can find information about the IBT timeline, the terms of employment and the IBT recruitment process.
Your application
To give us a chance to learn more about you as a person and to put a face on your application, please record a personal video of max. two minutes duration after you have uploaded your CV and application. The focus of the video needs to be on your international experience (e. g. Why did you move abroad? What did you learn? What was the most difficult for you?).
After sending your application, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You will hear from us within four weeks via e-mail, so keep an eye on your inbox.
The first interview will be conducted online with pre-recorded questions. The questions will focus on your motivation, personal and professional skills as well as your experience.
The second interview will take place online using Microsoft Teams. You will meet with a recruiter and the manger, who is responsible for the position that matches your specialist field and profile. You have to prepare yourself for a business case and other assessment tools (e. g. personality test).
The final step in becoming an International Business Trainee involves the final assessment, our two-day online TryOut. During these days, you will learn more about BESTSELLER, prepare a business case in groups and present the results. There will also be a third interview with one or more managers.
After the TryOut, every participant will receive a phone call, where we inform them about our final decision. If you are offered an IBT position, you will receive a confirmation on the job offer via e-mail. You will also receive your contract and your job description. We will then arrange your arrival in Denmark. For non-EU citizens: We will assist you with applying for work and residence permit. Moreover, we are covering the costs that come along with it.
