Student Worker UX Analyst

This is your chance to join BESTSELLER TECH as our new Student Worker! Take your first steps in the real world and get an insight to working with User Research and UX Design in a fast-paced environment. 

YOUR TEAM
Join our little, ambitious team of 8, spanning locations in Malaga, Brande, and Aarhus and help us enhance our internal self-service portal. We enjoy working in an agile environment, where we have space to learn from failure, embrace change and we strive for the best possible outcomes.

YOUR ROLE
You will contribute to making our digital employee experience for all colleagues in BESTSELLER more seamless and effective. Take ownership of your own tasks and move the overall employee experience onwards.
These tasks will include:

  • Reviewing self-service solutions to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collecting qualitative data and user feedback to inform future decision-making.
  • Analyzing user behavior and defining front-end design guidelines.
  • Supporting the implementation of a new and improved self-service portal, with a focus on enhancing usability.
  • Assisting in driving 'Self-Service Master Data' to create a better AI foundation.

You will be based in Aarhus or Brande, with the option to work from home.
The estimated workload is 10-16 hours weekly.

YOUR PROFILE
You'll be connecting with various stakeholders, both within and outside the TECH team, so it's important that you're comfortable in an outgoing role. We really value strong communication skills and the ability to understand our users' needs, turning them into actionable insights. If you're someone who isn't afraid to challenge existing processes and question the status quo, you'll fit right in.
We are looking for you, if you:

  • Are enrolled in a relevant field of study.
  • Are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Have a solid understanding of UX research and design.

Your previous experience with Datadog would be a plus.
