WHY THE IBT PROGRAMME?
BESTSELLER’s International Business Trainee (IBT) Programme offers ambitious graduates from all over the world the chance to explore the core business areas of an international fashion company and gain valuable working experience in one of nine specialist fields at our headquarters in Denmark and potentially at one of our global offices.
BEING AN IBT IN PEOPLE
As an IBT in our PEOPLE department, you will work closely together with all our brands to ensure that salaries and bonuses are implemented throughout BESTSELLER. In addition, you will focus on establishing the structure and framework of a reward platform to ensure that relevant underlying data is collected in each country. As a future IBT, you will be given responsibility from day one and the opportunity to influence people and projects and to create results. You will be included in a diverse group of equally motivated and inspirational trainees, and you will build a unique and broad network with fellow trainees, colleagues, and decision-makers.
In addition, you will assist in developing BESTSELLERS global reward framework with salary benchmarks and commissions recommendations. As the newest member of our Reward & Analytics team you will contribute to the implementation of our reward programme into our HR system, SuccessFactors. You will take part in the preparation of the annual salary review process for Denmark.




YOUR PROFILE
You are a talent with an analytical mindset, able to work independently, and have a drive to push projects forward. You are cooperative and willing to lend a hand to colleagues outside of your own area of responsibility. You will be responsible for driving forward the implementation our reward framework into our HR systems, with the ability to cope with pressure and tight deadlines
curious by nature, which shines through in your approach to people, work, and knowledge, but you rely on facts when deciding on the way forward in your work. You are a team player who can easily enter and maintain relations, which will serve as a great asset in your work with your colleagues.
Your qualifications:
- A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Business, or similar
- Fluent in English – both spoken and written
- Experience with reward and HR analytics is an advantage
- Experience in HR systems is an advantage
- Experience within Payroll is an advantage

If you advance through the initial interview process, you will, as the last step of our assessment, be invited to join our online TryOut from 22-23 March 2023. Participation in the TryOut is required to be considered for the International Business Trainee Programme.
