WHY THE IBT PROGRAMME?
BESTSELLER’s International Business Trainee (IBT) Programme offers ambitious graduates from all over the world the chance to explore the core business areas of an international fashion company and gain valuable working experience in one of nine specialist fields at our headquarters in Denmark and potentially at one of our global offices.
BEING A FINANCE IBT
As a Finance IBT, you will learn about our business, and gain a broad understanding of our global goals and tasks. Through close collaboration with both the finance department and the countries, you will support BESTSELLERs’ business in the best feasible way.




This year we are looking for one specific profile:
As our IBT in Finance you will be joining a young, international team working in close collaboration with the rest of our business such as Global Finance, countries, and brands. You will be working with a broad range of tasks including month-end reporting, forecasting, aligning processes across countries and optimisation. You will also get responsibility in running both small and large projects in various countries. Through Bestseller Finance you will have a lot of opportunities for international rotations, brand rotations and future positions internationally. All you need to do is to take responsibility for your own journey.
YOUR PROFILE
You impress with a strong analytical and global mindset. You can adapt to an ever-changing environment, are solution-oriented, and see opportunities for growth where needed. Furthermore, you are proactive with a self-starter mentality, take responsibility, and show excellent interpersonal skills. You are a real team player with a positive mindset who enjoys working together with different people across BESTSELLER and our external partners.
Your qualifications:
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree e.g., within Business Administration, Finance, or something similar
- Fluent in English - both spoken and written
- Experience of working with finance is an advantage
- Analytic and numerate mindset
- Excellent Excel skills
- International experience from studying or working abroad is an advantage
APPLICATION PROCESS
To give us a chance to learn more about you as a person you will be asked to record a personal video of max. 2 minutes duration as a part of your application. You should use this video to show us more about who you are and tell us about your international experience. Please note that you cannot record this video before-hand as the recording module is integrated into our application system.
If you advance through the initial interview process, you will, as the last step of our assessment, be invited to join our online TryOut from 22-23 March 2023. Participation in the TryOut is required to be considered for the International Business Trainee Programme.
