Are you an ambitious graduate with a flair for numbers and forecasting? Are you looking for an opportunity to explore the interface between finance and supply chain in a global and fast-paced organisation? Then the International Business Programme in Finance might be the perfect match for you.

BESTSELLER’s International Business Trainee (IBT) Programme offers ambitious graduates from all over the world the chance to explore the core business areas of an international fashion company and gain valuable working experience in one of nine specialist fields at our headquarters in Denmark and potentially at one of our global offices.

As a Finance IBT, you will learn about our business, and gain a broad understanding of our global goals and tasks. Through close collaboration with both the finance department and the countries, you will support BESTSELLERs’ business in the best feasible way.

This year we are looking for one specific profile:

You will also get responsibility in running both small and large projects in various countries. Through Bestseller Finance you will have a lot of opportunities for international rotations, brand rotations and future positions internationally. All you need to do is to take responsibility for your own journey.

You impress with a strong analytical and global mindset. You can adapt to an ever-changing environment, are solution-oriented, and see opportunities for growth where needed. Furthermore, you are proactive with a self-starter mentality, take responsibility, and show excellent interpersonal skills. You are a real team player with a positive mindset who enjoys working together with different people across BESTSELLER and our external partners.

Your qualifications:

  • Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree e.g., within Business Administration, Finance, or something similar
  • Fluent in English - both spoken and written
  • Experience of working with finance is an advantage
  • Analytic and numerate mindset

  • International experience from studying or working abroad is an advantage

You should use this video to show us more about who you are and tell us about your international experience. Please note that you cannot record this video before-hand as the recording module is integrated into our application system.

If you advance through the initial interview process, you will, as the last step of our assessment, be invited to join our online TryOut from 22-23 March 2023. Participation in the TryOut is required to be considered for the International Business Trainee Programme.
